There are 368 Cleaning Squadrons across the country. They are responsible for environmental cleaning, household garbage removal and waste disposal. Their working environment and environmental protection facilities are closely related to the effectiveness of garbage disposal and public perception. Therefore, to assist the local government to improve the working environment of the Cleaning Squadron, increase the operation efficiency of environmental protection facilities, and optimize the quality of the working environment, enhance the image of the Cleaning Squadron, and grasp the status of 368 Cleaning Squadrons across the country. Execute 2020-2021 Project of Counseling and Improving Environmental Protection Facilities. The project has completed the establishment of the environmental protection facility management system (MSS) of the Cleaning Squadron. The system was officially launched in March 2021 and the warranty began, followed by 6 online briefing sessions, involving a total of 368 cleaning teams from 22 counties and cities. By implementing 15 cleaning team coaching work, providing suggestions for improvement, improving the quality of its environmental protection facilities, and working environment, a total of 15 site visits, UAV aerial survey drawing, draw orthophoto mosaic, digital surface model, and 15 seminars will be completed in October-November 2021. In addition, we will continue to revise the quality optimization plan for the working environment of the cleaning team, and will hold a briefing session in May 2021, with a total of 70 participants. Completed 18 aerial photography operations of the cleaning team field, produced orthophoto mosaics and digital surface model. The project will provide relevant guidance reports based on the results, provide suggestions to the cleaning team as a future application for subsidy plan, and improve the quality of the working environment and self-management capabilities.
